    Once resetting resetting your web browser, try again to share videos. If that doesn't help, please provide the following information:

    • Have you tried sharing videos through website?​ (www.realtimes.real.com)

    • Did you receive any error message? What does it say?

    • Is this happening to all videos or just with a particular one?

    • What web browser do you use, and which version? (See https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/207275617)

    • What version of RealTimes or RealPlayer is installed? (See https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204039513)

    • What is the operating system of your computer (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10)?

    • Do you have any security software installed (Norton, McAfee, AVG, etc.)?

    The more specific you are, the better I will be able to assist you.

    I paid for realplayer plus I was told that even if you had an upgraded it would automatically be upgraded my service that is. But now I can't burn dvd's I have been a member since 2012.  what's going on I paid 49.99 for my lifetime service I was told can you help me.

    I purchased a lifelong download version of realplayer and all of its features in 2013. it has been a few years since I have used it but I just downloaded it on my new laptop. I no longer have access to any of the features. I can not even use the video player to play a DVD.
