Real downloader

whenever I am trying to download any video it always shows that downloader has stopped working. can you guide me how to get rid of this problem.

  Good morning, Yesterday I suscribed to the latest premium version of real player.  Version 18. I paid $54.00 CAD. The downloader does'nt work properly. When I watch a video on Youtube and I want to download it, I click on download this video. everything seems to work OK. I can see the blue state line moving showing that the data is dowloading. What is wird, is when the downloading is finished. what is shown, It sais importing file and then nothing happen. I wait and nothing happen. I go check in the file where the download is supposed to be and nothing is there. Very disapointing after purshasing the very premium version of program.

  Marc,

  To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.

  Let us know if the issue persists.
