    When you originally purchased RealPlayer Plus, you purchased version 16, which was a one-time charge. With that purchase, you received updates and support of that version for no additional fees or hidden charges. We are now offering RealTimes. This is a new product with new features. You can continue to use your current version without charge. If you want the latest version with the additional features, it requires a subscription.

    As RealNetworks makes new products available to customers, it's not possible for us to continue supporting older products. We are no longer making any updates to RealPlayer Cloud, RealPlayer 16, or prior versions, so some features (such as Download This Video) may not work on these versions.

    If you wish to install RealPlayer 16 then follow the below article:

    Once installed, sign into RealPlayer to access the Plus features. To do so, follow the article:

    I purchased a real player for 49.99.  I can not get it to play a c.d.  I tried 

    Open real player

    insert dvd

    I do NOT see the dvd appear in the left pane of the player.  

    Help!!

    I also tried 

    Open real player

    Insert dvd

    click library tab

    click cd/dvd button on the left pane

    click on dvd chapter you wish to watch?????

    When I click cd/dvd I get a message:  Please insert a cd or dvd or click here to burn cd

    Help!!
