why is RealPlayer trying to open PDF files

Accidently activated RealPlayer to open everything.  How do I undo this please?  I have tried uninstalling the program, then reinstalling it - still trying to open PDF files.  I only want to download videos and play them back with RealPlayer, not anything else on the PC.  Any suggestions please?  This is really important.

  You have set Windows to open all files with RealPlayer, that is why it is trying to open even a PDF in RealPlayer. This is a Windows setting which you need to fix and it is not a RealPlayer issue.

  In Windows, you can search for Default apps. Scroll down to PDFs and make those files to open with Acrobat.
