 GREAT! NO PHONE!!! I no longer get a " download" arrow when videos are playing on youtube,etc. Also my sign -in longer shows realplayer plus. What's going on? how do I get what I used to have????

  On checking, I see that you have purchased Realplayer Plus 16. As RealNetworks makes new products available to customers, it's not possible for us to continue supporting older products like RealPlayer 16 and prior versions. We are no longer making any updates to RealPlayer Cloud, RealPlayer 16, or prior versions, so some features (such as Download This Video) may not work on these versions. Live customer support is provided only for the current version and one prior version of the player.

  If you still wish to download the RealPlayer Cloud/RealPlayer 16 and access Plus features then follow the article:

  Zaman,

  You will need to install RealPlayer if you want to download the video. Once you have it installed, you will need to open the shared video in a browser and then you will get the option to download.
