general error Stream Not Found
I am attempting to burn a video and I keep getting the error code 'Stream Not Found' can you tell me what I need to do to correct this issue?

To resolve this issue, please follow the steps in this article:
https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204040813
I also recommend you install the following k-lite codec packs:
http://fileforum.betanews.com/download/KLite-Codec-Pack_Full/1094057842/3
If that doesn't help, provide the following information:
1. What is the file format?
2. Is the issue impacting all videos or a specific video(s)?
3. Are you able to play the videos using RealTimes?
4. What version of RealTimes or RealPlayer is installed? (Seehttps://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204039513)
5. What is the operating system of your computer (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10)?
The more specific you are, the better I will be able to assist you.0 -
1. the file is an mp4, downloaded off iPlayer
2. only noticed on this one video
3. yes, the video plays
4. I've got Real Player Version 22.03.345 - it's a win 32, whatever that means
5. my pc is working on Windowes 10

It is possible that this particular video has codecs in it that may not be compatible. Can you play the same video on a different media player like Windows Media Player?

It plays perfectly well on Windows Media Player.

On a more recent attempt to burn said video, I got a different response: Disc is not writable. It was a brand new dvd rw; so Itried another and was told Real Player does not support this type of file ( i may have altered the exact words here - but the file is an mp4).
