cant download videos

 i have realplayer plus.

when i go into preferences there is no option for download and record.

  every time I try to download a song it says no video to downloads I see your massage that you are haven some problems with some videos and are working on it do you have any idea how long we must way7 before you can restored?

  Daniel,

  We have identified a known issue with certain videos where RealDownloader is not able to detect them to download. This issue started recently and our engineering team is investigating this issue.

  We will send you an email as soon as we have an update.
