Not able to signin
Hello I am having 2 problems. First I wish to upgrade REALPLAYER 18 on my Windows 10 system. My understanding is that using the same credentials that I have used to purchase previous Upgrades should give me a discounted price but this is not happening. Second, on my older Windows XP system I am not able to sign-in to my Realplayer 15 Plus program. I do understand that you are not supporting new account creation or password reset and that is not a problem. I don't need a new account and I don't need to reset my password. I have had the same account for nearly 10 years. I have purchased a number of REALPLAYER versions and I have never changed credentials or the password. When I enter the username (email address) and password I keep getting a message asking me to confirm my username and password but this is impossible to do since the fields are already populated with the info from the original signin attempt. As I said I do understand the program is not being upgraded and that is no problem. I just need access to the program I purchased on the XP system and I need the ability to make the upgrade to Realplayer 18 plus. Thanks for your help.

i have 10 days ago downloaded real player mobile on my Ipad and I phone when i want to sign in using my realplayer account on my pc and using the account user and password which I know is 100 % correct i always get the message Something went wrong Just to make sure, I used the forgot password button and reset the original password which again worked on my PC but when I use the same password to log in on the mobile version I once again got the same message SOMETHING WENT wrong.
