Re-download RT

Hi there I have a new pc ND WANT TO DOWNLOAD AN INSTALL RT I lockedin at RP but dont see my purchage info to download RT. I look for support but cant get support. I sent mail by replaying to a mail that was sent to me but got no respons. Can someone anyone help me out here?
