RealPlayer 22 upgrade to Plus many times
I was prompted to upgrade to Plus again. I already paid 3 times ($39.99) in a few years, this is the 4th time. I thought This is an one time fee. I then tried to check my RealPlayer account to see if my subscription to Plus is recorded. In the Account Setting, it shows" "code": 401". I don't know what this means.

Our records show that you previously purchased the following products.
- RealPlayer Plus v.18 on 09/17/2017
- RealPlayer Downloader Express v.22 on 11/12/2022
You can continue to use the Downloader Express v.22 features however if you need to use any of the Plus features like DVD burning etc, you will need to upgrade.
That said, please click this link and login with the account credentials. Going to Account Settings and clicking Plans page will show you the product you purchased.

If you are seeing a 401 error code on your PC application, please reset your browser settings.

Hello,
As I explained, I already been asked to upgrade to "22 plus" a few times already, and I paid. Now I got the prompt again. I thought it is a one-time upgrade ($39.99).
The record you shown me above, did not include my upgrade to "22 plus" (2-3 times). Could you please check?
If I update my RealPlayer to V.24, do I need to purchase again to upgrade to "24 Plus"? Can I always stay on V22?
I reset my browser settings and still see 401 error code.
Thx.

You can always download RealPlayer 22 from https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/26977777292059-Installing-RealPlayer-22.
If you want to upgrade to RealPlayer 24, you will need to purchase again as it is a different product.
