I have purchased two versions 0ne-time-payments of RealPlayer in the past years. I had access to the premium feature, then they requested that I pay again and restricted the premium feature even though I am signed in. what is going on?

If you don't want to upgrade, we can refund you but you will need to uninstall RealPlayer 24 and install RealPlayer 22. You can install RealPlayer 22 by clicking this link.

Once you have installed RealPlayer 22, you will need to sign into it to activate your Plus features.
So please confirm if you want to go back to RealPlayer 22.0
