my realdownloaderplus has been unsubscribed

Purchased realplayerplus for around $40 recently and now it has been removed from my computer.  How do we resolve this?  Thanks.

  We see that you deleted your paid account and created a free account. We have not re-activated your paid account. You can now sign into RealPlayer again to activate your paid features.
