18使用してたら急にユーチューブ動画ダウンロード出来なくなりバージョン２４有料を購入しましたがまったく同じようにダウンロード出来ないため返金お願いします。

貴サイト内サポートを調べましたが変わらずでガッカリ。

  If you are able to download this video, we also feel YouTube is blocking certain users from downloading their videos. As a workaround, you can contact your ISP and ask them to provide you with a new IP address. Once you get a new IP address from your ISP, YouTube will detect this new IP address and think that you are a new user and shouldn't block you.

  In RealPlayer v.18, you just can't download videos anymore. We stopped supporting that version.
