Unable to Download Videos

I really don't fucken understand what is going on with this service but under the same website, there are videos that it will download and then it won't download any other videos.

I have gone through your so-called support website and no matter what it has, none of the fucken suggestions work. This is why I won't fucken pay for this service as it's a piece of crap that it works when it wants to work.

  It suddenly started working again on youtube

  I'm unable to download any video from YouTube.  I see that others have had the same problem.  What's the problem?
