Unable to download videos
I am unable to download videos and audio. I already tried uninstalling then reinstalling RealPlayer 22, and it still doesn't work. Is there a fix for this?

To make sure you are using the latest version, check to see whether there is an update available:
1. Open RealPlayer.
2. Click the logo, then Check for Update:
- If the Message Center window appears, click Other Software to get the latest version of RealDownloader.Please note: The latest Video Downloader version is 2025.1.26.0

That didn't work. I even uninstalled and reinstalled. I keep on getting Video Downloader version 24.0.2.308.

Did not work for me neither.
Uninstalled because version 24.0.2.308 downloader.
Reinstalled became that 2025 version, and Still no joy.
WTF is going on, NEVER till a few months now, ever had this much trouble.
Its a wondor I just did not DITCH this programme altogether.
I should have my head read.

'unable to download from this site' message suddenly for all YouTube videos. It was working consistently then stopped. My realplayer is up to date and even since this issue started, I tried upgrading to vs 24 with plus. No change with YouTube. Downloader still works on other sites. Issue is effective both Edge and Chrome. Forums have numerous reports of this over the years with many mentions that the engineers need to fix things on their end to make downloader work again for YouTube. Uninstalling and reinstalling still only gives downloader 24.02.308. I went to check for updates and the 2025 version appeared and stated it updated but the version remains 24

For what ever reason unabble to download videos from You tube. Downloader no longer appears at top of page. Real Player is up to date.

It suddenly started working again on youtube
