After Updated Real Player For One Day After Is Still Not Working Properly

I already follow the instructions to updated the Real Player after has been restored for one day but after the Real Player downloader were still not working ?

  We’re aware that video downloading is currently not working for some users. This is due to changes made by YouTube yet again, which are outside of our control. Our team is actively working on a fix. We’ve successfully handled similar issues in the past by re-engineering RealPlayer, and we’re confident this will be resolved soon. Thanks for your patience – we’ll post updates here when the fix is live.

  Hello Customer Service/Engineering/Admin Team 

   

  I already follow the instruction from your software company support website to updated my Real Player downloader but unfortunately is working for one day and the day after the Real Player downloader is not working for downloading on You Tube videos I would like to know will your Engineering Team will fixed that issue ?
