Still can't play web videos

I posted a few days ago thay I can't play web videos in RealPlayer. There was 1 reply that said to clear cookies and reset Internet Explorer. I have done all that plus I once again uninstalled and reinstalled RealPlayer. When I try to play a video from within RealPlayer the screen goes black like it's loading and thats all that ever happens. Any other ideas?

  I am sorry that the previous steps didn't help resolving the issue. Please follow the instructions from the below link. Hopefully this will resolve the issue.
