Gamehouse Ripoff
I bought a TON of games from RealArcade in the 2000's. I have a new computer and need to download my RealArcade games. Gamehouse is now REQUIRING receipts be attached to any request to access to these games. No receipt, sorry, you really don't own that game. You really didn't purchase that game. Sorry, we can't and WILL NEVER help you gain access to them. Please go away and never bother us about this issue again!
I realize that you sold the gaming division to GameHouse and they're the one's who need to address this. However, it would have been nice if you would have given a thought of care for those of us you were abandoning to them when you sold away your rights to this division. We did, after all, make you enough money to position the division to be sold. We could have, and should have been looked after better.
This is completely, totally, thoroughly, and emotionally disheartening. It's right up there with the, "I'm sorry, you've played that MP3 5 times, now you need to buy it again!". I think I'm through with buying anything that's downloadable online.
