real player not working after a short time
real player always having problems I can't burn dvds the plus feature doesn't show up when you have to re download real player and it gets to a point after a certain point it stops working and its strange that you are always ready to get people to buy another version why is that how come the one that you have starts to lose feature after certain period of time

Please note that, older versions are not available in our system, and we are no longer supporting RealPlayer 16 and any version before that.
As RealNetworks makes new products available to customers, it's not possible for us to continue supporting older products.
We are now offering RealPlayer 18/RealTimes. This is the latest version of RealPlayer with many additional features. To access the Premium features of RealPlayer 18 will require a new purchase, because this is a new product.
