download button not appear with Firefox

I purchased Realplayer V18.1.10.217. I am running with Firefox Quantum 58.0.2, Windows 10 64 bit.

Real player was working for a couple years, no problem, then a few months ago I lost the download button. Over the past months I have spent hours trying to get the button back, without success. I I tried uninstalling and re-installing, updating, searching the internet and looking in the community database with no success. No number to call for help is terrible. Very unhappy right now.

  We have a known issue with Firefox's latest version. Our engineers are working on resolving it. I will email you when the issue is fixed. Until such time, request you to use an alternate browser.
