MP4 Videos fail to play in Realplayer

About a week ago this issue started. MP4 files fail to play but all other files, mov, flv and real media all play. Videos can be advanced by slider bar but will not play. The same files play in Quicklime and Widows default player. Have uninstalled twice including "clean" uninstall per your directions. Have RealPlayer PLUS v 18.1.10.217 running on Windows 10 PRO 64 bit Build 16299.248. OS claims it is up to date. Have reset Hardware video card compatibility to reliable in preferences. Videos play with Realplayer from other devices using PC as server Do you have a solution?
