This SUCKS!!!

So Realplayer sucker me into paying for the premium edition.  There is no live person who works at this place, so who collected my money.  The phone line is a information message only and no live support on the web (try searching for an answer)  yes that is really what everyone is doing.  I think a call to the BBB in NY is in order from this point.

  We don't offer phone support. I see that you purchased RealPlayer Plus (stand-alone) and also subscribed to RealTimes Premium plan. Please let me know if you only want RealPlayer to be active.

  Half of the downloads I initiate don't ever happen. They just say "Downloading" or "Waiting to download" but they never download. Your product is garbage and does not function as advertised. Your product is bad and you should feel bad. 

   

  I feel like a chump for giving you $27 of my money for such a scam. Jerks.
