love the app . I removed it to so I could reinstall it . it wouldn't let me . Wish they had tech support .

  Can you please let me know happens when you try to reinstall? Do you see any error message? Also, are you trying to install RealPlayer on your PC or your mobile device?

  on my pc once it down load at the bottom of computer and i try to down load it say cannot down load on micro soft app

  when i try to down load real player it says THE APP YOU'RE TRYING TO INSTALL ISN'T A MICROSOFT-VERIFIED APP

  If you are seeing this message, please click Install anyway. Your Windows is setup to install only from Windows store and that is why you are seeing this message.
