Viewing videos on my iPhone and iPad from my PC RealPlayer library
I was able to view videos on my Real Player app on my iPad and iPhone from my library on my PC but now I can only view photos. When I try to view a video a message says "insufficient connection" although my internet connection is the same as before! Even a 3 second video wan't play! I lowered my quality setting for streaming on Real Player and went into "services" in my computer settings and restarted all Real networks services as well as checking properties settings for the services. I also checked the windows firewall and settings on both IOS devices in question. How can I fix this? I wonder if this happened because of the new IOS update 11.2.6 on my devices? I read about this problem in another post. I assume you are aware of this and hope for a solution soon. Thanks for any help!

We are aware of this issue and we have fixed the issue. We have sent our updated version to the app store. Once it is approved by the app store, you should receive the notification to update the app.
