Real Player Download is blocked on Viki.com

Both the Real Player auto downloader that normally appears on the middle top of a webpage and the taskbar downloader features were blocked on Viki.com on Chrome browser. Real Downloader worked on many links on this site a few days ago on Chrome but not today.   Real player downloader seems always blocked on Firefox no matter the website and the auto middle of page downloader never appears in firefox and neither does the taskbar downloader. There's a flash of the downloaders but you can tell something is blocking them b/c the popups for downloader disappear.

  I tested this and see that I am able to download videos using Google Chrome. We have a known issue with Firefox. The issue is resolved with the next version of Firefox (v.59). To resolve the issue, please reinstall RealPlayer to allow downloads on Chrome browser.
