12 minutes to load/play a video?

It's taking approx 12+ minutes to load/play a video. Real Player is frozen during this time, cannot exit or select another video to play.

What is wrong?

  We have seen this happen if you have 2 display adapters installed in your PC. Can you please confirm if this is the case?

  I don't have 2 display adapters installed in my PC. I did recently install VirtualBox.

  Can you also let me know if you are playing RealPlayer within VirtualBox or on the Operating system directly?

  RealPlayer is playing on the operating system not within VirtualBox.
