Real Downloader is BROKEN !!
I need to know what is going on with my Real Downloader ! I currently have the Real Player Plus with my account..... I have always ben able to download a video from the web, sometimes 2 or 3 downloading at the same time, with NO issues.
HOWEVER, recently, after being able to download about 3 videos from the website, my Don Loader craps out !! IT just sits there after the bar gets to the end of downloading the video, and the wave lines just KEEP going, with the message:
IMPORTING FILE ! This continues, with NO end, and NO sign of the file being imported from ANYWHERE ! This is really getting to be frustrating and annoying !! Never had this issue with the downloader before ! WHY NOW !
Can this be fixed, or do I need to uninstall the player all together, and go through the pains of installing another copy from your site, and have to have ALL my video files imported to my player's library all over again !
PLEASE PLEASE take care of this issue.......apparently, I am NOT the only one having this issue with the Down Loader not working ! THANK YOU

Please make sure you are having the latest version of RealPlayer. If not, please update to the latest version.
If already on the latest version, please reinstall RealPlayer. Reinstalling RealPlayer will simply add your files back to the library.

My Real Player Downloader will not show the down load button

I have the latest version and I have removed and reinstalled Real Player and still have the same problem. I am using a Mac with OS Sierra. The download still does not show up. Have tested the app by trying to down load a video that I have successfully downloaded before but the problem persists.

Unfortunately, there is no development work happening on the Mac version of RealPlayer. Please use an alternate program on Mac to download videos.
