Web site with password

can get to site to view but I have to put a password in first   can Real Playr get round this as it just keeps saying the site does not have a video and wont let  me get to view the video through real player

  i am having an issue resetting my password and updating my information. is there an address to reach realplayer about it.?! i keep getting technical difficulty message while trying to update my password and information.

  The reason you are getting Technical difficulties when trying to reset your password is because you have not set a password directly with us. You have created your account by using Google/Facebook as your login.

  At the sign in window, please click Google logo and sign in with your gmail address.
