 i got realplayer plus and cant burn dvds anymore    it says no compatiable device found or system error has occured

  This can happen if something went wrong with the installation. Please reinstall RealPlayer to resolve this issue.

  My "purchased version" has magically disappeared and no payment history can be found so now Real Player wants me to PAY AGAIN??? WOW!!! No, I won't pay again...but I will happily tell as many people as possible not to buy Real Player and now give my money to their competition from now on!

  Dale - You will need to sign in with the email address that you used when purchasing RealPlayer Plus v.18. Do you know when you purchased RealPlayer Plus?
