upgrading

I think my original RealPlayer Plus was purchased using the email of    Exx@stxxx,net .  I just bought the upgrade for  $24.99 and accidentally used the email address of wxxxx@comcast.net .

How do I rermove everything and reinstall RealPlayer Plus and the upgrade?
