No audio on all files downloaded via real player. Some vids no audio or picture.

All my files from real player were working yesterday 22/4/18. To day no real player files have audio, some have no audio or picture, and when I try to play any file using real player it wont work properly, even though it works in mp 4 via media player.

  Can you please let me know if something changed in your RealPlayer? Perhaps any updates?

  Real CS There was nothing that had changed as far as I know. i was using an older version of realplayer. Some of the files are flash videos, others are WebM. All were working one day, and not the next. I updated to the latest realplayer and still the same, no audio on all, and  some have distorted picture.

  If you talking about Flash videos and WebM files, please note that we are aware of an issue where these files don't play well in the latest version of RealPlayer. Our engineers are working on resolving this. We will email you as soon as the issue is fixed. In the meantime, request you to convert these files to .MP4 format which play without any issues.
