    This shouldn't have happened. We have done extensive tests where the library database carries forward from one version to another. In your case, I am not sure what might have happened.

    Can you please look for a text file in the below mentioned folder and copy/paste what its content shows?

    C:\Users\<Your PC Name>\AppData\Local\Real\RealPlayer
