can't playback

 I am currently using the free version of RP to download from Youtube, etc. After a short while, I can't playback anything. The audio is fine, but the picture is scrambled. I would like to know the reason for this before I invest any money in a pay version of RP.

  If the downloaded file is a .WebM format, we are aware of an issue with RealPlayer that doesn't play properly. Our engineers are working on resolving this. In the meanwhile, request you to convert such files to .MP4 format.
