To resolve this issue, please reinstall RealPlayer.

I uninstalled and reinstalled just as the instruction page told me.

Step 2 is confusing because the section is for Windows 7, yet step 2 has two sets of instructions (one for Windows 7, I don't know what the other one is for. In step 4 I did not have any checkboxes, it just started the uninstall.

The problem still exists. Burns DVD-R OK, but fails with DVD+R. I will send an email with screen capture attachments.

    Windows 7

    1. Make sure the application is closed.
    2. Click the Windows Start button, point to Settings > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs. (In Windows 7, go to Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features).
    3. Select RealTimes, or RealPlayer and click the Change/Remove or Uninstall button.

    4. The Uninstall dialog appears, showing check box choices of components that are available for uninstall.
    5. Uninstall all the components.

    Reinstall the application.

FYI, while it seemed as if I was able to burn the film to a DVD-R, but the final product would not play in the DVD player, and not in my PC where it was burned.

I've sent you an email. We'll take it from there.
