Reinstall Premium after computer reset

My account says I have premium but when I uninstalled and reinstalled all I have is free version.  I am signed in, but it insist that I buy premium again.  I had to do that last time because there is no one to talk to about it, and they call that support.  I like the product but I'm not buying this a third time.

Nothing in the support area tells me how to get premium back without buying it again.  Everything assumes you do not have it. 

Admittedly if I was more tech savvy maybe I could figure it out.  I know I need a code but I do not know if I need a new one or the old one but I have neither

  You will need to sign in with the email address associated with your Yahoo.com. That is the one that has an active Premium account.
