When I download Video's off of You Tube I can download maybe 6 or 7 then real downloader stops responding and shuts down (the pop up window disappears). The only way to get it back is to restart my computer, sometimes I can manually get it to open by using the icon in the start up menu (Windows 10) . Also -  can you change the theme or skins from the white main screen when your in the library section?

  If RealDownloader keeps shutting down, the simplest solution is to reinstall RealPlayer. This should solve the crashes. Here are the instructions to reinstall.

  We don't have options to change skins anymore with RealPlayer.
