Extremely poor video quality after upgrading real player
I recently upgraded my Real Player to real player version 18.1.11.204. I don't know exactly what version of Real Player I had before I updated to version 18.1.11.204. I only know that the version of Real Player that I had before version 18.1.11.204 was an earlier version of Real Player.
Before I updated my Real Player, the videos that I would download at a certain website would frequently of resolution 440 Kbps. Now when I try to update the same videos or any other videos at this specific website, the videos are usually around 177 Kbps resolution. I then converted the videos to Real Media HD, and this improved the resolution to 314 Kbps. However, 314 Kbps is still lower resolution than the 440 Kbps I had before I upgraded Real Player.
I thought I would get better resolution when I upgraded Real Player, but I got worse resolution.
Why did upgrading my Real Player cause the resolution of the videos I downloaded to drop so much?
How can I make it so that I get 440 Kbps resolution when I download videos like I used to have before I upgraded Real Player?

It would help to know the following to understand the problem:
1. Which web browser do you use to download videos?
2. What is the URL of this particular website?
3. What is the resolution of the video when you download from sites like YouTube.com?
