can not download video's

I have the plus account for a long time and it is current. Since June 12th. I am not able to download video's although the window comes down and says  -- download this video -- but nothing happens. Technician told me to e-mail you, but that seems to be impossible. Please help.

  By default, all videos downloaded using RealDownloader will download to your Videos folder in your PC Library. Please make sure you have enough space in your hard disk to download more videos.

  Also, please check where the videos download path is. You can check it by going to the Preferences from RealDownloader. Make sure there is a path in "Save videos to"

  YouTube videos can not be downloaded since 2020-03-30. Please rectify the situation.
