Real People:-):-) I will never be without you as long as I'm able to "Download" and "Convert vids like you have in your program. I used the free version for a number of years and it was good or was for me anyway, and it never failed had any trouble. Now that I got your pro/paid version a year or two ago it has never failed either and I use it all the time.
