Paid for Unlimeted Plan - Did not pay for 100 gigs of back up

This company notified me they are going to delete 100's of gigs of data I paid to back up  and only leave 100 gigs of my memories. They expect me to go through and delete thousands of my images and videos before they do exactly what I paid them to do. Prevent the lose my images. I expect a full refund of all monies paid.
