    We looked up your account and see that there were no files stored in the Cloud. It looks like all your files lost were stored on your local hard disk. You will have to contact either Microsoft or your local IT technician to see if they are able to retrieve the files that were stored in your local hard disk.

    Unfortunately, we are not able to help with retrieving your files stored in your local hard drive.
