No response from support
I have sent several feedback posts to support. I receive no response from support.
It has been over a week and the videos are not sharing. I have uninstalled and installed the real player twice.
I paid for the premium plan because there is supposed to be a response to the emails sent you.
I know it is not sharing because I have attempted to share with three email addresses that all belong to me.
I only have this because of the sharing capabillities. If this feature does not work I would like a charge back to my card for the premium plan and then I will cancel.
