unable to complete burn

i purchased premium as to burn dvds . The speed of burning is so slow that it seems to time out before the burn is complete.Is there anything I can do to fix this situation ?

  You can manage the burn speed by following these steps:

  1. Open RealPlayer

  2. Click the RealPlayer logo on the top left and click Preferences

  3. Expand CD --> CD Burner. Here you can change the Write Speed - Choose the highest speed

  4. Click OK and restart RealPlayer

  i get a message that says end of file:error parsing ac3 audio stream.  does anyone know a solution to this?  I have read the troubleshooting guide and don't find my problem.  also, does realplayer have a tech service line?  thank you for any help that you may be able to offer.
