Have not logged in to RealTimes for quite a while.  When I provide my email and ask to reset my password I am adised and password emailhas been sent but it never arrives?  what do i do next to get to log in?

  Have you checked your spam folder? Sometimes the password reset emails are found there.

  I am trying to log into real times using my new password.   I was send and email saying my password was reset.   When I tried to log into real times using the4 email address and new password it won't allow me access, why?    Also, I tried to log into my real player account using my email xxxx@comcast.net and password xxxx and I could not log in to this account either.    Please tell me what I can do to rectify this problem.
