RPSYSTRAY runs constantly
Each time I boot the computer, RPSYSTRAY starts and consumes 25-35% of the CPU. In the past, this always seemed to happen after an upgrade. In the past, I could always get rid of the problem by uninstalling and doing a fresh install. This time, the uninstall/re-install has not helped. My only solution has been to kill the program. I found that, even if I kill the program, I can still download videos. But as soon as I start a download, RPSYSTRAY starts again. If I again kill the program, the downloads continue to completion. If I start RealPlayer/RealTimes, RPSYSTRAY again starts.
Thinking that RPSYSTRAY might be scanning to create some sort of database, I decided to let it run. After a full day, it was still consuming 35% of the cpu. It just won't stop.
So here's the question(s): What is that program doing and how do I get it to quit consuming so much of my CPU?
NOTE: I am running version 18.1.12.206 (Win32) on Windows 7 (Win64)
NOTE: Because of some networked drives, RPSYSTRAY can see about 10TB of disk space.

RPSystray is used for notifications and also for a function within RealPlayer called "Watched folders". This is found under Preferences and it looks for media files being added to the "Watched folders".
To know why the CPU usage is that high constantly, would you be able to send us a dump file? Here are instructions to gather the dump file.
1. When the CPU usage is running high, Open Task Bar
2. Under Background processes, look for RealPlayer with RealTimes (32 bit), right click and click on "Create dump file"
3. A file named "rpsystray.DMP" will be created in your Temp folder
4. Please send us the dump file.
Here are instructions to send the dump file.
1. Go to https://tobor2.prognet.com/cgi-bin/incoming.cgi
2. You will see instructions for attaching the file. Choose the file you want to send us.
3. In the "to" section, enter "gsharma".
4. In the box below, enter your email address and/or ticket number, along with a brief note about the issue (just a sentence is fine).
5. Click Send.We will review the file(s). If for some reason we have difficulty receiving the file, we will let you know.

Thank you for sending us the dump file. Our engineering team took a look at it and it appears that you have a folder named "Temp" in your "Downloads" folder. This (Downloads folder) is part of your Watched folders and this sub folder called "Temp" is causing the high CPU usage as RealPlayer is importing the contents in this folder.
Can you remove this from your Watched folders and see how the CPU usage is?

Removed the TEMP & TEMP2 directories (TEMP had 3+GB in it!) and the problem went away. Thanks for your help.
