Get an error while converting WMV files into MP4

I purchased the RealPlayer Plus yesterday (it was my understanding in order to convert the WMA files into MP4 I need to purchase PLUS.) as I was getting an error when trying to convert WMV file into MP4. BUT AM STILL GETTING THE SAME ERROR EVEN AFTER PURCHASE. Need assistance please.

(FYI - The WMV files that I have uploaded to the RealPlayer Library work fine within the software, which tells me the file is not corrupt.)

  Installing the K-Lite codec pack often helps to fix issues related to playback/convert. You can install it from the link below:

  http://www.codecguide.com/download_k-lite_codec_pack_mega.htm

  After installing the codec, restart your computer and try converting the video again.
