    I also have this problem (and have had it for six months now).  I have found it only seems to affect MP4 files. If you convert the MP4 files to Real Media HD and then burn them it will not fail. 

    (To convert a file, right click on the file in your library, then right click on EDIT, which will give you the option of Convert or Trim).

    This does take extra time, and I have found that Real Media HD does degrade the picture slightly, resulting in pixeling in low light or fast moving camera scenes, but it does mean that you can still burn stuff until Real Player eventually fix the problem

    I have been trying to burn a dvd and also get the above message as well as another that says access denied.  I have downloaded realplayer 5 times to try and see if it was just a download issue but it is very irritating to have to wait for a download only to find out that the problem is not resolved.

    It has worked in the past 6 months for me and now......I am totally unable to burn a DVD.....what is the problem?? and why now?

     

    I even tried to convert the MP4 file to Real Media HD as one person suggested and I still get access denied error.....please respond....
