I have seen the other posts and I have seen no responses from you. I, too, cannot download videos. It says "video not found." It isn't just one song, I have tried many and get the same response. It would be nice if your company would advice the community of problems you are having and that should be very easy for you to do with technology. Please let those who have subscribed and pay for services know something. That's the least you can do! ! ! ! !

We have a known issue with certain videos where Downloader is not able to detect them to download. This issue started recently and our engineering team is investigating this issue. We will send you an email as soon as we have an update.

To all these similar posts about inability to download, I add my own and only wish that Real Player would advise their paying customers about being aware of the problem by posting a notice on their website. I spent several hours now trying to diagnose it as something I might have caused, only to find out that it is a system-wide issue. I fully understand that problems arise, but customers should we made aware that the company knows and is working on a solution. A lot of time was wasted today by a lot of users.
