unable to download videos

When I click on the tab, nothing happens. Would appreciate assistance with this issue. If possible, could you please send response through my alternate email, elfldsIII@yahoo.com. Thank you.

  Please follow these instructions to resolve the issue.

  1. Open RealPlayer.
  2. Click the RealPlayer logo on top left corner, then Check for Update:
  3. Check "Update to RealPlayer with RealTimes" and click Install.
  4. Follow the online instructions and update RealPlayer.
  5. Once completed, please restart RealPlayer.
