hello

 

I have a HP 250 notebook. Real player has recently started telling me that my computer does not have a cd burner or its not installed correctly. Well I haven't removed it and it worked fine in earlier versions of real player. its a 3 year old notebook using the latest windows 10.I wont buy the full version because if i do will i have the same problem ??

  We see that you have the free version of RealPlayer. To burn Audio CDs, you don't need to have the paid version of RealPlayer Plus. Does your CD drive work with other softwares? If yes, it is quite likely that something went wrong with the installation of RealPlayer. To resolve your issue, please follow the instructions from the below link.
